I have already talked about Help One Another but I have a feeling in my heart that I need to share this and put a post on my blog about this so here it goes.
Take the time to pause and look up and see what is around you and in who you could help. Let us all (including myself) lets try to look up instead of looking at our cell phones when were walking or around people. A small differrence you make now could have a huge positive (good) uplifting influences that can help all of us out. Whether you see somebody who may appear to be sad and having a hard time you could cheer them up even if you and that person never meet before. A small act of kindness can go along way.
