Meant2B - Help Each Other Out

I didn't make this song I wished I did. This song is the songs I like to make. Anyways let us all help each other out through the up(s) and down(s) in life. Stand up for those who may seem like they or he or she can't stand up for themselves.

I am in New York Rochester Mission, to serve the Lord the best I can for two years. I am a Missionary for The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints and I am greatful that the Lord has allowed me to be part of the Missionary work and to have the oppurtunity to help anyone who has a desire to wanting to learn about God and the wonderful things he is and has been helping them wether it is getting through trials or overcoming hardships. I am greatful God is allowing me to represent as Jesus Christ and to help many people just like how Jesus Christ has helped many people when he was on the Earrth.

Self Discipline brings Blessings

In the next few posts I put, they will be some stories from this book called "The Missionary's Llittle Book Of Inspirational Stories"

Story

Arabian Horses Page 130 by John J. Hurst

It has been said that horses in Arabia go through a rigorous selection process. To live in this hot, desert climate, one depends on the unfailing obedience and lyalty of his horse. The horses are tested in Order to select the very best. For one of the tests, The horses are worked hard for three days with no food and very little watter. At the end of the three days they are placed next to a corral wherre there are troughs of clear water and hay. The horses, thirsty and fatigued, see the food and water and strain against the gates. When the gate is opened, The horses gallop towards the troughs. Just as the first horse reaches the trough, a whistle is sounded for the horses to return, The horses that take a quick drink before returning to their masters are eliminated. The horses that are chosen are those that without hesitancy obey their master's command and return - John J. Hurst

How can this story relate to us in our own lives?     Here is how

How many of us have ipods? Iphones or any other kinds phones? How often are using them? How long are we always in tune to our devices? Wether its lestening to music or texting? Its amazing how
Technology has increase throught the past 10+ years. Technology can be used for good and for bad. It all depends on the people who uses them. Even though its good to have Technology, or other devices in our lives. But thats something we should depend on throught our lives. For instance when it is time to sit down at a dinner table with your family or at your friends house. Do the best you can to not have headphones in your ears or texting at a dinner
table. But instead talk to your family and fidn out how there day has been or if your brother or sister is having a hard day dont you want to be the first member of your family to step up and help your fellow siblings. But being tuned in to your devices or distracted. others around you will want to talk to you but they cant cause your on your devices. Put away your entertainments for a little while and come out of your shell and be part of the world. If we do these things we will be much hapier people and we can enjoy the blessings by being with our family during events in our lives as longs as we can do our bvest to be more Self Discipline
