Meant2B - Help Each Other Out

I didn't make this song I wished I did. This song is the songs I like to make. Anyways let us all help each other out through the up(s) and down(s) in life. Stand up for those who may seem like they or he or she can't stand up for themselves.

Be An Example, And Helpfull To Other's

I have already talked about Help One Another but I have a feeling in my heart that I need to share this and put a post on my blog about this so here it goes.

Take the time to pause and look up and see what is around you and in who you could help. Let us all (including myself) lets try to look up instead of looking at our cell phones when were walking or around people. A small differrence you make now could have a huge positive (good) uplifting influences that can help all of us out. Whether you see somebody who may appear to be sad and having a hard time you could cheer them up even if you and that person never meet before. A small act of kindness can go along way. Here is a few pictures that relate to helping one another and
showing act of kindness to eachother.

You can click on the pictures or images to see it in a bigger view so you can see the words in the pictures.

Be The Type Of Person You Want To Be :-)

Hello my name is Julian Gordon Pratt, I want to aplogies for not being on my blog,
as often as I should. Alot has happened since the last time I post on my blog. I wanted to write about Be Who You Want To Be. My best friend and I we went to a Ikea store, as we were walking we were heading towards the exit of the building. Then I saw this sign and I was like bro I need a picture of me next to this sign. For those that don't know me or haven't had a chance to meet me yet I always to say funny hand jokes because I don't have any hands. I have an example of one of my hand jokes, lets say you need help moving a long kitchen table. Then you see me come by and ask you """Hey can I give you a hand with that table?""" I am not afraid or nervious to talk about my missing limbs. I have had most people say to me ""I am so sorry for you or I am sad of the condition your in"" I always let people know and this is what I say. I dont feel sorry or sad about my opportunity or blessing that I live with, and having to adapt differently to succeed in my day to day and life activities. I can't tell you how many times people stop and think about my answers I gave to them when they feel bad about me not having hands, It has led to many spiritual, and overcome life challenges type of questions. Be The Type Of Person You Want To Be. Remember you are special in God's eyes he loves you dearly and is hoping you will live your life to do what is always right. Life is Good and you are awesome :-)

A Kind Gesture Can Go A Long Way

I saw this on Facebook, and I thought to myself I need to share this video to anyone that is following me on my blog. I think this is a great idea, to have something like this for all stray animals. I strongly think we all should take the time to stop and give food and watter to stray animals. I cant say much because I haven't had the opportunity yet to pull my car off the side of the road, to give food and water to any stray animal. I will say when that opportunity comes I wont hesitate to lend a helping hand. I know we people all have busy lives and we often think about where we were are going once we get in our own vehicle(s). If you see a stray animal doesnt matter if its a dog, cat, horse, or even a deer or any other type of animal that isnt a predator to you. If you can take that small amount of time like five minutes to pull to the side of the road and pour some water and food into that food bowl(s). A little kindness can go along way. Even if you are driving or walking somewhere and you see someone that may show some sort of sadness or having doubts. You and I will probably will never know how much of an impact we can have to that person's life at that moment, when we decide to stop to even say hello, I hope you have a wonderful day, to the person. Like I said I know I haven't had the chance to beable to experience this but I hope I can. Let us all take the time to slow down in our own everyday life events, and take the time to take a few breaths and be thankful for everything. Always try to be thankful even for the little things.

Love Your Neighbors

I saw this on facebook, and I thought I should share this with all of you people. Here is the story.

In 2014, neighbors in a tight-knit Texas community began noticing an elderly neighbor named Charlie struggling to get through his daily walks around the block.

For Charlie, walking his two Yorkshire terriers became a coveted part of his every day routine since he was diagnosed with leukemia. Once an avid biker, walking his dogs was the only way he could get exercise and socialize with his neighbors while his wife Sandra was at work. Then, one day, something incredible happened.

One of Charlie’s neighbors left a chair in her front yard for him and attached a sign that said, “Chairs for Charlie … or for others in need of a rest.” Charlie was blown away by the simple yet sweet gesture. Before he knew it, dozens of chairs lined the streets near Charlie’s home of 10 years. “They symbolize the love the neighbors have for us,” Sandra said. Some neighbors even left out an extra chair for Sandra and water bowls for the couple’s dogs. When Charlie stopped to sit down, the homeowners often join him outside to take a few minutes out of their day and just talk.

“The thought of putting those chairs out makes you think about that there are other people and they care about you and watch out for you and try to help,” Charlie said.

Later that year, Charlie passed away at the age of 64. The chairs were left outside in his neighborhood, now adorned with flowers and messages of love.

Please SHARE this awesome story with your friends on Facebook, and spread the love.

I just want to add a little bit to what people said in this video. I agree we all should try to get to know our neighbors. It can be nerve wrecking to meet someone new, like i said in my last blog post let us all try to be kinder to other people even if you don't know them and let us all try not to judge other people or animals on the outer appearance and judge what is in the heart. Have a awesome day everyone.

Please Don't Judge By The Outer Appearance

A photographer in the Boston area is striving to help the dogs who most often get overlooked in shelters. Fred Levy was shocked to learn about the so-called Black Dog Syndrome, which suggests dark-coated dogs are harder to find homes for because of superstitions or the idea that they seem “scary.”
Levy heard two women discussing this theory while at the dog park and decided to use his photography skills to show off these beautiful dogs in a positive light.
He created a Tumblr to share the photos with the public in a series he calls the Black Dogs Project. In these stunning images, black dogs are posed against a black background, allowing their personality and appearance to shine through the darkness.
It was an artistic challenge, too—black dogs are difficult to capture on film. "I knew that this project would hit a nerve with two different groups," Levy told the Associate Press. "Pet-lovers would love it, and photographers would like it if I did a good job."
The Black Dogs Project will be published as a book in Fall 2015. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Labrador and Friends in San Diego, CA.
See our favorites from the collection and learn more about each dog under the photos with captions by Levy:

“Poppy has three legs so in many of the photos, you see her centering herself on that front leg. It’s really cute.” Here she is with her buddy Tao

“Oscar is a Chihuahua/Mini-Pin mix. Oh, this little guy packs a lot of energy.”

“Meet Annabelle, she is an eight-year-old Lab mix who was left outside to fend for herself for over a year. Still, Annabelle survived one of the worst winters in Massachusetts history.” Clarks Dog Kennel is trying to find her a new home.

“This is Pinto who passed away not long ago.
His owner told me that they found out that he had cancer soon after these photos were taken.”

“Wylie is what cuteness is all about. I’m a real sucker for older dogs. How could you not love that grey muzzle?”

“Nothing like a puppy to make your day that much better. Stitch here was so much fun to photograph. She just loved all the attention between me and her family.”

I Julian Pratt, just want to say let us all try to not judge animals and people by what they look like instead we should look upon the heart, kindness, personality of the person or animal. Like don't judge the book by its cover until you have read the book.

Miracle Dog Survives Getting Hit By a Car, Clubbed and Abandoned Read

I didn't write this, someone else did. Im just happy this dog has a chance to live happily.

When it comes to survival, the dog in this next story is truly a survivor.  This pitbull mix has had a rough life over the last year, but is now in good hands.  But before she was rescued, she used to wonder the streets of a small farm town named Moses Lake, which is in the state of Washington.  She would get food wherever she could and survived on leftover human food.
The dog, which is now known as Theia, had even worse luck ahead of her.  You see, she was wondering the streets one fateful day, when a car ran over her.  But it seems that wasn’t the end to her bad luck.  After she was hit by the car, someone hit her over the head with a hammer and placed inside of a box.  Then the person abandoned her in a field and left her for dead.
But this pooch wasn’t done living just yet.  She found her way out of that box and walked to a nearby farm.  After being discovered all blooded and covered in dirt, she was taken to the veterinarians at Washington State University.  After arriving she was examined and was found to have a dislocated jaw, leg injuries and a caved-in sinus cavity.
With all these injuries Theia was lucky to be alive.  In fact, many people who saw her where in disbelief.  While her jaw has started healing on its own and her leg injuries have been taken care of, she stills needs surgery.  Her sinus cavity needs to be repaired, so that she can breathe better and live a full life. But luckily $10,000 has been raised threw a crowd sourcing website.
Now that Theia can afford to have her surgery, she will be good as new soon.  Thanks to the many kind people who donated money online and the veterinarians that have worked so hard to save her live, this dog has a full life ahead of her.  She is currently staying in a foster home and after her surgery she will be available for adoption.  It is unclear when her surgery will take place.

Ugly-The-Cat A Heart Warming Event That Happened.

Ugly-The-Cat ( I saw this on Facebook. I copied and paste this story.)

Everyone in the apartment complex where I lived in knew who Ugly was. Ugly was the resident tomcat.

Ugly loved three things in this world: fighting, eating garbage, and shall we say, love. The combination of these things combined with a life spent outside had their effect on Ugly.

To start with, he had only one eye, and where the other should have been was a gaping hole. He was also missing his ear on the same side, his left foot has appeared to have been badly broken at one time, and had healed at an unnatural angle, making him look like he was always turning the corner. His tail has long since been lost, leaving only the smallest stub, which he would constantly jerk and twitch. Ugly would have been a dark gray tabby striped-type, except for the sores covering his head, neck, even his shoulders with thick, yellowing scabs.

Every time someone saw Ugly there was the same reaction. “That’s one UGLY cat!!”

All the children were warned not to touch him, the adults threw rocks at him, hosed him down, squirted him when he tried to come in their homes, or shut his paws in the door when he would not leave.

Ugly always had the same reaction. If you turned the hose on him, he would stand there, getting soaked until you gave up and quit. If you threw things at him, he would curl his lanky body around feet in forgiveness. Whenever he spied children, he would come running meowing frantically and bump his head against their hands, begging for their love. If you ever picked him up he would immediately begin suckling on your shirt, earrings, whatever he could find.

One day Ugly shared his love with the neighbors huskies. They did not respond kindly, and Ugly was badly mauled. From my apartment I could hear his screams, and I tried to rush to his aid. By the time I got to where he was laying, it was apparent Ugly’s sad life was almost at an end.

Ugly lay in a wet circle, his back legs and lower back twisted grossly out of shape, a gaping tear in the white strip of fur that ran down his front. As I picked him up and tried to carry him home I could hear him wheezing and gasping, and could feel him struggling. I must be hurting him terribly I thought.

Then I felt a familiar tugging, sucking sensation on my ear – Ugly, in so much pain, suffering and obviously dying was trying to suckle my ear. I pulled him closer to me, and he bumped the palm of my hand with his head, then he turned his one golden eye towards me, and I could hear the distinct sound of purring. Even in the greatest pain, that ugly battled-scarred cat was asking only for a little affection, perhaps some compassion.

At that moment I thought Ugly was the most beautiful, loving creature I had ever seen. Never once did he try to bite or scratch me, or even try to get away from me, or struggle in any way. Ugly just looked up at me completely trusting in me to relieve his pain.

Ugly died in my arms before I could get inside, but I sat and held him for a long time afterwards, thinking about how one scarred, deformed little stray could so alter my opinion about what it means to have true pureness of spirit, to love so totally and truly. Ugly taught me more about giving and compassion than a thousand books, lectures, or talk show specials ever could, and for that I will always be thankful. He had been scarred on the outside, but I was scarred on the inside, and it was time for me to move on and learn to love truly and deeply. To give my total to those I cared for.

Many people want to be richer, more successful, well liked, beautiful, but for me, I will always try to be Ugly.

This is what I said after I copied and paste this story. I didnt write the stuff above.

I saw this on Facebook. I felt so sad for this cat. It breaks my heart when I hear stories about animals being miss treated. I hope that anytime in our own individual lives if we see an animal big or small, perfect condition or not, happy or sad, or anything else that you might judge the animal on. I will say this, goes for everyone as well. Please everyone don't judge other people(s) or animal(s) by how they act or who they are on the outside, instead take time to get know them, animal or the person. Be a friend even if both of you have meet or haven't meet before. Be kind and show kindness towards everyone. I was so happy to kept reading on this story, that this cat got some love and attention before he passed away in the man's arms. If I was there, oh I wished I was there, I would have brought this lonely cat into my home, so he wouldn't be alone. Let this be a reminder for all of us. Please don't judge people or animals by there cover or in other words do all you can to not judge on their outer looks. Instead get to know the person or animal. You and I will most likely not see the huge good, impact that we can have when we show respectful and kindness to everyone. Even saying hello to people on the street or giving some water to a stray animal, can mean alot to them.
Again I know its in our human extinct or nature to judge everything. I think we should try to do less judging and give more kindness and hope to everyone around us.

Care for any Animal (s)

Recognize any animals big or small, ugly or pretty, injured or isn’t injured and whether you like that type of animal or not. Please try to recognize that they are always around you and I. It doesn’t matter where you live there is always a stray dog or cat or maybe even a baby bird, I don’t know all I’m saying is we should open our hearts by being kind, loving and caring for that animal including all other type of animals. Even though the clod winter months are here we should also care for any animals not only just in the cold winter months, but also in the summer, or even all year long. Here is what I found on facebook I thought you all should know about it, so here it is.

This picture moved me to tears so I thought we needed to share this picture around the world. It is getting cold in many places.
Every dog and cat deserves to be warm and well fed. They are no different than humans. Please share this, and do something if you know of a dog or cat living outside with no cover. Share and be their voice!!! We are all they have!!!!!! Thank you.

Girl Of My Dreams - Julian Pratt ( JP )

Girl Of My Dreams - Julian Pratt ( JP ) I made this song.

Please
NO COPYING of any kind regarding any of my songs I put up, thank you. Please Enjoy.

I am a little nervous in posting this song up. I usually don't put up or in public of me making videos of me singing music Well here goes nothing.

Reason for this song = I wanted to make this song dedicated to that one special girl that I like. We both meet on the east side of The United States of America. I won't mention her name because I think it is not appropriate and I want to keep her identity safe. I have no idea if she likes me at all or not. We talk once in awhile (2-3 a month). I will be honest I'm afraid to talk to her at times. It could be I don't know how to approach her or I don't know what to say, or I'm (and I'll be completely honest) really a shy person when it comes to thinking of how I can talk to her or even say anything when we do talk. We talk once in awhile. If she does happen to come across this song of mine I hope she likes it. I fear the more coward / or being a shy person I am if this keeps up, I might lose her or it will be too late to be friends or go on a date with her. I'm just not sure what to do.

I plan on putting up more song videos. My songs wont be the best because I don't have a music studio to make and record music from. With that all my songs will be created on a demo app I have on my phone and laptop. If my music sounds different that's the reason why. I'm hoping someday I can find a way to publish my songs on to Albums.

All my music I make aren't going to be the best without full music studio set up along with other music equipments. I use an FL studio app on my phone to make my songs other than that its not too shabby for an app.

This song took about a week to make including the lyrics and the music beat and tuning.

Well I hope you all enjoy this song again its not the best quality, but it is good (i think anyways).

German Shepherd leadsa state trooper to explosion site, injured owner was saved.

Here’s an amazing lesson to always take the road less traveled. An Alaska State Trooper was responding to a call about a house fire when the GPS in his cruiser froze up and he was at a crossroads about that to do. That’s when he started to drive down a road he normally wouldn’t believe was safe. There he found a dog who looked distressed and he knew what he had to do. It’s safe to say the majority of people would just brush off the animal as a stray and keep rolling, but something told this officer to follow him. The dog shocked the officer with how fast he was running and he knew that the dog was on to something…
What happens around 1:15 in completely shocked me. About a mile and a half after following the dog, right there in the middle of the remote woods, with no other houses in sight was the house burning to the ground. Inside was the dog’s owner who had accidentally ignite flames while working in his garage. His last words to his loyal dog, Buddy, were “go get help” before the dog set out running. I’m completely in shock by this amazing story. This just proves how tight the bond between man and his best friend truly is.
I’m so grateful for this animal’s incredible instincts. What a hero! Please say thank you to this brave dog and the officer who followed him. SHARE this video.

Jake is a disabled member of the football team

10 Seconds Into This Video, You'll See The Most Heartwarming Act EVER!

I’m so touched by what this football team of young boys did for the most special member of their team. This act of sportsmanship from tiny football players touched my heart in such a big way… this is what being a team player is ALL about.
Jake is a disabled member of the football team. He’s taken plenty of hits on and off the field, so when it came time for Jake to get the ball, his team mates AND opposing team members all joined in to give him his special moment in the spotlight! If more parents and coaches encouraged this kind of behavior with our youth, the future would look way more bright! This really touched my heart and made me smile.
Please SHARE this heartwarming video to make someone’s day shine a little brighter.

Take The Time To Help Other's

This Abused Starved Dog Was Thrown Down A Trash Chute. Then, A Miracle Happened.

Meet Patrick. At first, your heart will cringe at the sight of him. Patrick was found wrapped in a garbage bag and stuffed down a chute.  A garbage truck was ready to take him away, until he was rescued at the last moment. It's not certain how Patrick ended up in the trash, but we know his previous owners fastened him up to a railing for more than a week.

It took time and a lot of care and love for him to heal.

Over time, he became a healthy dog who was loved and cared for.
The story of Patrick is heartwarming. It's a reminder that small gestures of love and care go a long way.

Showing Kindness to others

My father and I

This video reminds me of my dad. In the part where my dad is curious to know how I can adapt to life. My father would always like to be part of my life whenever the opportunity rises. For those who have parents or not, try to imagine the father in this video as one of your loved ones that care about you and are willing to help you, no matter what the obstacles that can occurred in our lives. Just remember there is always somebody who cares about you and wants to help you, lets just hope that you, me and all of us can open our eyes and recognize that person(s) is there willing to help whether they try to cheer us up or there to just listen and pondering in what is troubling you. Always recognize the good things in life.

Never Give Up (A Donkey Story)

 I found this on Facebook

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it
 to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less from people but more from yourself.

You have two choices... smile and close this page,
or pass this along to someone else to share the lesson

Emmanuel Kelly

I am sorry if you guys are getting tired of me uploading videos about people singing. One of my previous missionary buddy of mine sent me this video. So I decided to write a little bit about it. so the top video is Emmanuel Kelly signing a song called Imagine. The bottom viedo is an interview video of Emmanuel and his brother along with their family. The reason I put this video up because I wanted to talk a little bit about that when we have a goal or desire we should strive to follow the things we have in mind. Never Give Up on your drreams or goals in life no matter how hard life can be. Stay strong and Don't Give Up and always remember Good Things Come Slow But They Still Come.

True Friends

When I saw this video I thought it was so amazing to see how Charlotte & Jonathan are truly best friends towards one another. In the end of when they sing one of the Judges said to Charlotte he said this. "I like the fact that this works as a duo, but a worry shot wether your gonna hold him back." Jonathan said "we come here as a duo (means two people signing together), and were gonna stay here as a duo." How amazing that no matter what the Judges or people say about Charlotte & Jonathan. That Jonathan stuck up for his friend and said that they will sing together. I just think that it is so amzing to see Jonathan willing to put his singing or hobby last for his friendship towards Charlotte. How often do we have respect towards your own personal friendships? This video reminds me of one of my true best friend. Him and I we have alot of things in common I meet my best friend in a middle school and later we both later went to another school and we have been best friends ever since. I cant wait to see him and to be able to hangout with him. Best friend I miss you buddy you take care and see you when I get home. (I didnt want to reveal his name because I want it to be a secret)

Find Peace in This Life

How often do you look around and see what events is happening around you every day? Do you notice the happy or sad things that happened around you? How often do we try to find peace or understanding with others? How often do people argue with each other whether it is about politics, religion, ideas, or to prove who is smarter or right then the other person? Throughout about my two years in my mission, I have seen people arguing against me or another person, about anything. It has opened my eyes to see that the PEACE we used to have is slowly disappearing from this world. I have noticed that this world seems to for the most part be filled with anger, hate, sadness, broken heart, broken trust, revenge's, and disappointments. What can us as an individual do to find the PEACE is that slowly being depleted from this world? What can we do to fix of all of our mistakes or gain the trust or even friendships from people we have known for a small amount of time or even along time? Is it even possible go on in life no matter how hard things can be? The answer is YES. Lets all try to find PEACE and help each other, stick up for each other even if you don't know that person. Love everyone, be kind, and appreciate the people you have met. Look for Peace, Look for understanding with each other. Seek the good in each person you have encounter, seek the good in politics, and seek the good in each religions. Help and strengthen each other’s faith instead of tearing each other apart because you’re both in two different religions. Let us all strive to have Peace in our own individual lives, and to always look for the good things in life
